Chariot Oil & Gas Limited (AIM: CHAR) announces that on 31 August 2011 Protech Namibia (Pty) Limited, a company in which Heindrich Ndume, a Director of the Company, has a beneficial interest, sold 1,268,745 ordinary shares at an average price of 116.4p. Following this transaction Protech Namibia (Pty) Limited's resultant holding is 20,107,426 shares, representing 11.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
