Holding in Company

The Company received on the 16th of October 2014 a notification from Mr Lars Bader stating that, pursuant to a voting rights agreement entered into with Worldview Capital Management SA ("Worldview Capital Management"), Worldview Capital Management controls voting rights over 7,773,532 ordinary shares held by Mr Bader, representing 3.63%* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The voting rights agreement provides that Worldview Capital Management is entitled to exercise all voting rights, although it is not permitted to acquire any ordinary shares.

Mr Bader no longer controls any voting rights over ordinary shares in the Company.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 213,718,250 ordinary shares.
