The Board of Kellan Group PLC (AIM: KLN.L), a leading hospitality, leisure, IT and accountancy and professional services recruitment group, was informed on 28 September that Mr James McHugh acquired 1,391,769 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 22 September 2008.
Following this transaction, Mr McHugh's resultant total beneficial interest of 4,973,911 Ordinary Shares represents approximately 5.71 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
