Ruffer LLP now controls the voting rights over 3,250,000 shares (6.09% of the voting rights) of Driver Group plc which are held by the discretionary clients of Ruffer LLP and its subsidiaries (the voting of which is all controlled by Ruffer LLP).

This change from 0% to 6.09% is due to the admission of a placing of which Ruffer LLP purchased 3,250,000 of these shares. The shares were admitted to the market on 10 March 2017.
