On 23 April 2009, pursuant to the placing of 3,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each, the Company received notification that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries now has an interest in the Company representing approximately 10.51 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Aviva plc and its subsidiaries remain interested in 4,949,138 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company.
