OMG PLC27 December 2006 OMG plc ("OMG" or "the Company") Notifiable Interest The Company was notified on 22 December 2006 by Gartmore Investment ManagementLimited that Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ("GFM"), Gartmore Investment Limited("GIL") and Gartmore Global Partners ("GGP") have purchased 300,000 ordinaryshares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 14 December2006. A further 300,000 Ordinary Shares was purchased on 15 December 2006. Following these transactions, GIL, GFM and GGP have a combined holding of6,454,717 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.75 per cent of thetotal issued share capital of the Company.
