Red24 was informed on the 27th August 2008 that, between 31st July and 22nd August 2008, Mr J M Brigg had purchased 312,068 oridnary shares in the company at an average price of 3.52p. The purchase increases his holding in the Company to 5,748,568 ordinary shares, representing 13.25% of the Company's issued share capital, of which, 9.2% is held by EMIS International Business Ltd, a company wholly owned by Mr Brigg.
