Elektron plc (the "Company") was notified on 5th November 2010 that Panther Securities PLC ("Panther") sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 5th November 2010. Following this disposal, Panther now has a total combined interest in 6,552,376 ordinary shares in the Company. This holding represents approximately 6.16% of the total voting rights in the Company.
