themission was notified on 18 June 2010, that as a result of the issue to Stephen Roy James of 1,298,171 ordinary shares in settlement of certain loan notes (as announced on 13 May), he now holds 2,510,786 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents 3.47% of the issued ordinary share capital.
