BERKELEY RESOURCES LIMITED
On 6 October 2009, Berkeley Resources Limited ("Berkeley" or "the Company") was notified via the filing of a Form 604 with ASX that Dundee Corporation and each of its associates had a registered shareholding as at 25 September 2009 of 17,341,701 shares in the Company representing 14.04 per cent of the issued share capital.
Berkeley was also notified via the filing of a Form 605 with ASX that Credit Suisse Holdings (Australia) Limited (on behalf of Credit Suisse and its affiliates) had ceased to be a substantial shareholder (as defined by the Corporations Act) of the Company as at 1 October 2009. The remaining shareholding as at 1 October 2009 represented 4.99 per cent of the issued share capital.
