Sabien Technology Group Plc has been informed by SE Global SA, a Luxembourg company, that it has acquired 3,375,000 ordinary shares in Sabien formerly held by Karl Watkin and two other small shareholders. The transactions took place on 17 July and on 18 and 28 August 2008 respectively.
This holding represents 12.7% of the issued share capital of Sabien. As a result of this transaction, Mr Watkin is no longer a shareholder in Sabien.
SE Global SA is a privately held company with primary focus on medium to long-term investments in the renewable energy sector. Investments to date include wind and solar projects in Continental Europe and advertising and distribution companies in the United States.
