The Board of Proton Power announces that it was notified on 29 May 2008 that the Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc, through ABN AMRO Bank N.V. had a direct interest of 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, representing 4.08% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company is 61,390,863 ordinary shares of 5 pence
per share.
