All of the GDRs specified to be held directly in the above "Voting rights attached to shares" section of this announcement are held by Luna, Inc., which is an investment vehicle beneficially owned by the TPG group and incorporated in the Cayman Islands.

Additional Information

A) Luna, Inc. has submitted the information contained in this announcement in recognition of Lenta Ltd.'s voluntary compliance with FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5 as if it were a UK issuer subject to such Rule.

B) The last TR-1 submitted with respect to the holdings of Luna, Inc. was dated 27 October 2015. The position as at that date (as indicated in this announcement) was that Luna, Inc. held a total of 34.00% of the voting rights in Lenta Ltd. However, immediately prior to the acquisition of voting rights described in this form, Luna, Inc. held a total of 33.94% of the voting rights in Lenta Ltd. (which difference Luna, Inc. understands to be attributable to the issuance of new shares by Lenta Ltd in connection with the Lenta management incentive programme).

C) According to public disclosures of Lenta Ltd., a total of 1,176,597 GDRs representing 235,320 shares have to date been purchased under its buyback programme announced on 29 October 2018 under which such GDRs are held by Lenta LLC (a subsidiary of Lenta Ltd.). Upon acquisition of the GDRs by Lenta LLC, their underlying shares cannot be voted under the articles of association.
