ITV PLC12 January 2006 ITV plc Interim Dividend Dividend Reinvestment Plan On 9 January 2006, following payment of the ITV dividend, Capita Registrarspurchased 45 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of Sir George Russell, aparticipant in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 118.95p. Sir George Russell is now interested in 4,145 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares.
