Braemar Shipping Services plc (the "Company")
Purchase by Employee Share Trust
The Company has been notified that the Braemar Shipping Services plc Employee Share Option Plan (the 'ESOP') on Thursday 19 May 2011 acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 470 pence per share. Accordingly, the ESOP now holds 990,574 ordinary shares in Braemar Shipping Services plc, representing 4.70 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
