The Board of MMX announces that it was informed on 26 August 2015 by Frederick Krueger that following the disposal of 20,000,000 ordinary shares, Frederick Krueger is now interested in 21,481,604 ordinary shares representing approximately 2.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
