Trikona Trinity Capital PLC announces that it was yesterday informed that the percentage of voting rights held by VR Global Partners, L.P. ("VRGP") exceeded 3 per cent. on 10 March 2010.
As at 10 March 2010, VPRG was interested in 6,343,333 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 3.01 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
The registered shareholder of these shares is Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Ltd.
