Mark Horrocks' family related interests, namely Dewscope Limited & HorrocksGuardian Limited, acquired an interest in 180,00 ordinary shares of 14p each inImmedia, resulting in a total holding of 2,836,638 shares in the Company, which represents 21.26% of the Company's issued share capital.
