Cambian Group PLC ("Cambian" or "the Company") announces that it has been notified that on 22 September 2014, Ann Marie Carrie, a Non-executive Director of Cambian, purchased 4,694 ordinary shares of the Company at 213p per share for a cash consideration of £9,998.00. This acquisition represents Ms Carrie's first holding in the Company.
