Maan Abdulwahed Al-Sanea (MAS) is subject to a notification obligation pursuant to DTR 5.2.1(e) as an indirect holder of 37,746,465 shares. MAS indirectly holds these shares through being a "parent undertaking" of Saad Investments Company Ltd (SICL), the entity that indirectly holds 34,496,465 shares and through another Saad Group entity that indirectly holds 3,250,000 shares.

SICL is almost wholly owned by Saadgroup Limited (SGL) which is wholly owned by Awal Trust Company Ltd (ATCL) as trustee of the Saad STAR Trust. ATCL and SGL are therefore subject to a notification obligation pursuant to DTR 5.2.1(e) as a "parent undertaking" of SICL.
