CAM was informed, on 25 March 2009, that Crosby Capital Limited has increased its shareholding in the Company from 205,366,067 ordinary shares, representing 84.36% of CAM's issued share capital, to 210,485,678 ordinary shares, representing 86.45% of CAM's issued share capital.
