Notification of Change of Interest
Eurasia has today received the following notification of change in interest in the voting rights in the Company's share capital:
On 30 April 2009, Grafton Resource Investments Limited acquired 11,188,572 ordinary shares in the Company. The total number of shares Grafton Resource Investments Limited now hold in the Company is 11,188,572 ordinary shares, representing 7.9% of the total number of shares in issue and 7.9% of the total voting rights in the Company.
