Seeing Machines (AIM: SEE), an industry leader in computer vision technologies which enable machines to see, understand and assist people, announces that on 24 and 25 October 2017 the Company was informed that on 20 and 23 October 2017, Hunter Hall Investment Management Limited (a subsidiary of Pengana Capital Group Ltd) decreased its interest in ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from 165,612,422 Ordinary Shares to 6,456,580 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.43 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
