The Company has received notification that Damille Investments II Limited purchased 750,000 ordinary shares today at a price of 43.086 cents per share. Following this purchase, Damille Investments II Limited has an interest in 1.2% of the voting rights of the Company.

Damille Investments Limited also holds an interest in 11,450,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 17.75% of voting rights. There are no changes to the notifiable interests of Damille Investments Limited.

Mr Rhys Davies and Mr Brett Miller are directors of Damille Investments II Limited and Damille Investments Limited.
