PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS PLC(the "Company") Transaction in own Shares The Company announces that on 9 June 2014 it purchased in the market 10,000ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,135 pence pershare for cancellation. The Company also announces that on 9 June 2014 it purchased in themarket 100,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of1,035 pence per share for cancellation. Following these transactions, there are 33,522,013 Ordinary Shares and 32,672,534Redeemable Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011 it hasacquired, for investment purposes, 3,999,000 ordinary shares and 5,301,000redeemable shares, representing approximately 12.3% of the shares thenoutstanding.
