Total Produce was advised on 12 November by Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S that as of that date, resulting from a merger between Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S and Sparinvest A/S, the voting rights in 17,505,708 ordinary shares (5.31%) of the issued share capital of the company, excluding Treasury Shares, have been transferred to Sparinvest A/S.
Total Produce was also advised by Sparinvest A/S that, resulting from the aforementioned merger, they now hold the voting rights in 17,505,708 ordinary shares, (5.31%) of the issued share capital of the company, excluding Treasury Shares.
