Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that Stephen Ashcroft, an employee of the Company, has transferred 650,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 1.19% of the issued share capital of the Company, into his SIPP at a price of 6.00p per share. Following this transaction, Stephen Ashcroft remains beneficially interested in 10,408,760 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.00% of the issued share capital of the Company.
