The following amends the Holdings in Company announcement released on 1 March 2013 under RNS number 0030Z.
The ordinary shares held by Resource Capital Fund V L.P. should be 87,750,000 and not 83,309,358 as previously stated.

Holding in Company
On 28 February 2013, the Company received notice from Resource Capital Fund V L.P. that it had acquired 23,750,000 Nyota ordinary shares on 27 February 2013.
Following this acquisition, Resource Capital Fund V L.P now holds 87,750,000 Nyota ordinary shares representing approximately 11.6 per cent of the Company's issued share capital of 755,800,903 ordinary shares.
