This announcement replaces that of 09:15am on 23 May 2008 (RNS number 1517V). The replacement is to reflect the fact that the purchase price of the ordinary shares was 38.6 pence per share and not 36.8 pence per share.

The Company was notified on 16 May 2008 that Renerg Technologies Limited has purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 38.6p per share. Following this purchase, Renerg Technologies Limited is interested in 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.
