Greggs PLC03 March 2006 On the 3 March 2006, Greggs plc (Company) received the following notificationfrom Aberforth Partners LLP: "We hereby give notice for the purposes of Part VI of the Companies Act 1985that today (3 March 2006) we have become aware that Aberforth Partners LLP has anotifiable interest in 1,279,404 Ordinary Shares of 20p each which, based on theinformation available to us, represents 10.51%* of the issued share capital ofthe Company.
