Following a purchase of 1,021,524 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company on 25 September 2015, F&C Management Limited is now the holder of 7,595,952 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 6.1% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
