The holding of 1,421,379 (3.04%) was previously managed by Axa Framlington. On 1st July 2008 these shares were transferred to the new fund manager, BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited. On 6th October the sale of 23,483 shares resulted in the shareholding reducing to 1,397,896 representing 2.99% and therefore triggering the disclosure requirement
