On 10 September 2013, the Company received notification that, as of 6 September 2013, UBS Investment Bank ("UBS") held directly a beneficial interest in 100,372,937 ordinary shares in the Company("Ordinary Shares"),representing 4.6% of the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The Company also received notification that, as of 6 September 2013, as a result of the increase in the total number of shares of the Company on 6 September 2013, the equity swaps held by UBS did not need to be notified to the Company as the beneficial interest was below 5% of the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
