Agriterra Ltd, the AIM listed pan African agricultural company, received notification on 23 October 2012 that following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 19 October 2012, CIR International S.A. now holds a total of 64,422,593 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.08% of the issued share capital and voting rights of Agriterra.
