On 22 December 2011 the Company received a notice (Form 605) from Nomura Australia Limited on behalf of its related bodies corporate worldwide, following the disposal of 309,116 Nyota ordinary shares.

Following this disposal, Nomura Australia Limited holds 23,674,458 Nyota ordinary shares representing 4.95% of the issued share capital of the Company, which is no longer a notifiable position in the Company under ASX rules.
