Patagonia Gold has received notification from Taheh International Holdings Ltd, that following the disposal on 7 April 2010 of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of the Company, it is now interested in a total of 28,600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.82 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
