Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 2 April 2009 that as a result of the issue of 6,861,434 ordinary shares by Egdon Resources in consideration for the acquisition of YCI Resources Limited, Hargreave Hale Limited now holds 17.1 per cent. of the issued voting capital of the Company.
Hargreave Hale Limited remains interested in 12,947,371 Ordinary Shares representing 17.1 per cent. of the issued voting capital of the Company. 8,685,000 of these Ordinary Shares are held for unit trusts operated by Marlborough Fund Managers Ltd, for which Hargreave Hale manages the investments on a discretionary basis. The balance of the shares are held for discretionary clients of Hargreave Hale.
