GPG announces that it was informed on 2 April 2013 by AMP Capital Investors (New Zealand) Ltd ("AMP") that on 28 March 2013 as a result of the reduction in GPG's issued share capital following the cancellation of shares bought back under its share buyback programme, AMP's holding of 102,483,718 GPG shares now represents 7.28% of the Company's total voting rights.
