Clean Energy Brazil Plc has today been informed that on or about 24 July 2008 Czarnikow Group Limited's interest in ordinary shares in the Company increased from 3,590,000 to 5,652,060 shares, and its interest now represents approximately 3.83% of the issued share capital of the Company.
As Czarnikow Group Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of C. Czarnikow Limited ("CCL"), CCL accordingly has an indirect interest in all of those of the Company's shares in which Czarnikow Group Limited is interested.
