The Company announces that on 11 November 2013, it received notification that James Brearley & Sons disposed on 3,428,572 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.42% of the issued share capital. After this transaction James Brearley & Sons holds no ordinary shares in the Company.
The Company announces that, on 12 November 2013, it received notification that the Helium Special Situation Fund holds 9,951,332 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 15.74% of the issued share capital of the Company.
