On 30 January 2009, the Company received notification that, as a result of a disposal of 2,800,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 January 2009, Columbia National Investments Ltd (a substantial shareholder), has a beneficial interest in 77,200,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 26.8 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
The issued share capital of the Company is 288,587,847 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share.
