Notification of Major Interests in Shares
Tribal Group plc ("Tribal" or the "Issuer") has been notified of the following change in the interests in 5p ordinary shares in Tribal held by Henry John Pitman and related parties ("Mr Pitman").
Disposals of voting rights held by Mr Pitman have occurred resulting in a change in the breakdown of those voting rights. These transactions occurred on 22 August 2008 and were notified to the Issuer on 28 August 2008. As a result the aggregate shareholdings have crossed below the threshold of 8%. The situation previous to the triggering transactions was a total holding of 11,691,871 shares representing the same number of voting rights. The resulting situation after the triggering transactions is 6,691,871 shares representing the same number of voting rights (the aggregate holding being 7.61% of the Issuer's total voting rights).
Additional information:
Henry John Pitman has informed Tribal that he has no intention to reduce the total voting rights held by him or connected parties below their current level for the foreseeable future.
