The Company was notified on 5 January 2011 that Andrew Black purchased 18,750,000 ordinary shares in the Company in the recent placing on 23 December 2010.

Following this transaction, Andrew Black is now interested in 27,658,628 ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.04 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
