Salt Lake Potash Limited (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 23 November 2017, via the filing of a Form 604 - Notice of change of interests of substantial holder with the ASX, that on 20 November 2017 JP Morgan Chase & Co. and its affiliates' relevant interest in the Company increased from its last notification to the Company, on 6 April 2016, where it had a relevant interest in 7,941,177 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") (representing 6.01 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company at the time) to 8,757,070 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 5.00 per cent of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company).
