Maple Energy plc (AIM: MPLE; LIMA: MPLE), an integrated energy company with assets in Peru, was notified on 30 May 2012 that on 29 May 2012, Henderson Global Investors Limited ("Henderson") had reduced its holdings below 5% of the issued and outstanding share capital of the Company on a non-diluted basis.
