Baggeridge Brick PLC20 May 2005 TO: RNS I have today received notification from Schroder Investment Management Limited("SIML") that, while they still have an interest in the ordinary share capitalof this company, it has ceased to be a notifiable interest for the purpose ofPart VI of the Companies Act 1985 ("the Act") since it represents less than 10per cent of the nominal value of the relevant share capital. The notification was made in respect of SIML's interest as investment managers,and also on behalf of Schroder Unit Trusts Limited, an affiliated company,Schroder Investment Management North America Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary,and Schroder plc, the holding company of SIML, in relation to any interestswhich they may have or be treated as having respectively under the Act in allthe above shares under the Act.
