Celsis International PLC06 March 2007 Celsis International Plc (the "Company") Notification of Major Interests in Shares 6 March 2007: Celsis International Plc was notified on 5 March 2007 by FidelityInvestments International that, as at 1 March 2007, two legal entities, FidelityInternational Limited ("FIL") and FMR Corp ("FMR"), were subject to notificationobligations in respect of the Company. Prior to the implementation of the EU Transparency Directive, FidelityInvestments International aggregated the interests in shares of FMR and FILtogether for the purposes of shareholder reporting. According to the new DTRrules, Fidelity Investments International is now reporting the indirect holdingsof FMR and FIL separately. As at 1 March 2007, FMR holds 680,248 ordinary shares in the Company, whichrepresents approximately 3.08 percent of the issued share capital and votingrights of the Company. As at 1 March 2007, FIL holds 39,900 ordinary shares in the Company, whichrepresents approximately 0.18 percent of the issued share capital and votingrights of the Company.
