The Company was notified, on 15 October 2010, by Safeguard Management Limited, as Trustee of The Timis Trust, that, following a disposal of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 October 2010, it has an interest in 12,500,000 of the Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 3.93 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
