9 April 2009 Surface Transforms plc ("Surface Transforms" or the "Company") Holdings in Company
The Company announces that it received notification today that on 8 April 2009 C.Gledhill Ltd acquired 807,143 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 4.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Following the purchase C.Gledhill Ltd holds 2,907,143 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 15.28 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company.
The Company also announces, following notification received today, that following a transaction on 8 April 2009, Brookwell Limited no longer holds a notifiable interest in Surface Transforms.
