Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that on 27 February Cuillin Investments Limited disposed of 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing approximately 0.028% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at a price of 26.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this deal, Cuillin Investments Limited holds 5,094,200 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 3.55% of the current issued Ordinary Shares).
